Village residents, former POA employees, former VEBF board members, and our local business sponsors with backgrounds and experience to make a meaningful contribution to the VEBF can do so through the VEBF Advisory Resource Council (ARC). ARC members share their experience, insight, contacts, problem-solving ideas, advice, and support, as well as non-binding strategic advice with the board. They may also act as “ambassadors” for the VEBF at the annual distribution of appreciation gifts and other public activities as invited.

ARC members are recommended and approved by current board members. After acceptance to the ARC, the new member will receive a letter from the board expressing appreciation for the member’s willingness to serve and updating the member on the current status of VEBF. ARC members have no term limits or formal committee structure. They will be asked at the end of each VEBF fiscal year if they wish to continue in their roles as ARC members.
