The Village Employees Benefit Fund depends exclusively on donations from Village residents and support from local business sponsors.
 

The VEBF keeps operating expenses low to ensure the greatest benefit to POA employees. Typically, 90% of donations received are used for our worker’s year-end appreciation gifts, with a portion held in our emergency fund. Our all-volunteer board of directors assists in these efforts to keep our expenses low.
 

Thanks to the support of our donors and sponsors, in 2021 and 2022, the Fund was able to provide a year-end cash appreciation gift of $300 to each full-time POA hourly employee, and $150 to each part-time employee. Your donation is needed to ensure we can continue to support our POA employees at the highest level possible.
 

The Village Employees Benefit Fund provides these annual year-end gifts only to POA line employees, not to middle and upper management. The Fund is not affiliated with the POA, and this show of appreciation is completely separate from any employee benefit programs initiated by the POA.
 

While our annual fundraising effort takes place during the last quarter of every year, we can accept donations at any time.
